Whatever form of financial training is required we are equipped to provide it. We are able to give basic or advanced training on all Treasury products and market, credit and operational risk.  We train all levels of staff from graduate trainees to Board Directors, including traders, risk management staff, back-office staff, internal auditors, corporate sales staff and senior managers.

All our software solutions that supplement existing systems are designed to be run by existing staff. Training staff to take over running and maintaining our software solutions is an integral part of the implementation process.

The law now requires Senior Management and Board Members to be able to understand and question reports produced on the trading activities of their institution. We train Senior Management and Board Members in all the skills they require to meet their obligations, from basic interpretation of risk reports to knowing the right questions to ask.
